Tim Zuch is one of those special people who love to give back. The Luther Village resident is doing just that as a volunteer in the Lutherwood Children’s Mental Health Centre classrooms and most recently by helping out in the Tech shop. He sometimes writes about his experiences in the residents’ internal publication Village Voice. On Friday, he was joined by his wife Marlene as he was honoured for his four years of support by Tech Teacher Marty Wilson and Child and Youth Worker II Trevor Meyer. When asked why he enjoys spending so much time supporting the Children’s Mental Health Centre, Tim shared that it has to do with being fulfilled. “Sometimes it is by reaching the heart of a youth by sharing laughter… or helping with a project… or just taking the time to listen.”
Thanks for all your ongoing support Tim.
