We believe that our services should be designed to meet the needs of older adults.  Our accessibility plan is to ensure the provision of service meets the needs of residents and customers without limitations and barriers.   We also strive to assure that we are addressing barriers which prevent staff from doing their job effectively.  The accessibility plan meets Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
