Our Village is a subsidiary of Starling Community Services (Formerly Lutherwood), a not for profit social service organization that provides a wide range of children and youth mental health, employment, housing and family support services. Starling Community Services has been an integral part of Waterloo Region serving thousands annually for more than 50 years.
