I had a hard time making the decision to leave my house but after I moved to my suite in the Atrium I told everyone I should have done it years ago. Unlike real estate, you will not be subject to land transfer taxes and the responsibilities that come with maintaining a home. You will pay a monthly fee which is a blend of costs related to services, maintenance, property tax and capital reserve fund contributions. Our buyback guarantee provides assurance that when you are ready to vacate, the unit will be bought back or leased to a new occupant within 270 days.
