Our Village offers many lifestyle options with a range of accommodations from completely independent to supportive living and memory care. Our support evolves with you as your needs change. Our approach to a continuum of care model is to provide holistic wellness opportunities in every lifestyle, these are guided by eight dimensions of wellness. 

Our Parkview Suites offer all-inclusive accommodations that enrich the lives of residents living with dementia. We provide the opportunity to maintain a level of independence, while receiving care and support from our professional team members. Therapeutic recreation staff offer specialized programming 7 days per week, and we create opportunities for residents to be involved in activities within the larger campus. 

The Sunshine Centre is comprised of 148 private rental suites ranging from studios to spacious two-bedrooms. While some individuals receive minimal services like meals and weekly housekeeping, others receive more comprehensive support. Our multidisciplinary team of professionals includes RPN's, PSW's, Social Worker, Registered Kinesiologist, Music Therapist and on-site Physician which contributes to your holistic wellness. Life Lease is an equity preservation model whereby adults over the age of 55 purchase the right to occupy a Garden Villa (townhome) or Atrium Suite (condominium). Our Life Lease complex, is comprised of a five-story building with 154 Atrium Suites and 72 Garden Villa townhomes located throughout the campus. Residents find Life Lease housing attractive because of the adult lifestyle, the sense of community, access to countless amenities and ability to be involved in the capital appreciation.
