"She isn't just surviving she's thriving!"

 

Receiving insight and feedback from our families and residents is especially important during these uncertain times. We have found the recipe to individuals thriving is to celebrate the little joys in each moment. There seems to be a major shift in perspective and people are choosing to cherish more than ever the moments that bring them simple happiness. 

 

In this video one of our residents (who lives in our Sunshine Centre) families shares their candid view point on how their mom and the family has been feeling, navigating and managing during this pandemic. (this was filmed this fall)

 

 

 

With our warmer fall weather we have been able to continue using the outdoors to come together. Not only were our residents able to do some fitness classes lead by our Kinesiologist, Nancy outside but many bocce ball games have been played. (photos taken in mid November)

As we continue to navigate this pandemic together lets remember to celebrate moments of joy together.
